Do I need a high volume account?

Probably not, unless you have more than about 100 ASINs or your Seller Central catalog otherwise needs a lot of attention. 90% of the brands we work with are on our Standard Plan.

What about ad spend?

Your Amazon media spend is paid to Amazon directly and isn't part of these rates. Graphic design and merchandising design are not part of this plan. Design production, including A+ Content builds, Brand Stores, and product photography, is handled through brand management or quoted as its own project. Everything else is covered by the flat monthly fee.

Frequently asked questions.

What does full-service Amazon Seller Central account management include?
Two things. First, the day-to-day operations: new product setup, listing troubleshooting and restoration, Buy Box recovery, inventory monitoring and planning, shipment and policy issue resolution, automatic reimbursement claims, buyer messages, and ongoing account health monitoring. Second, the growth work: advanced listing optimization for search and AI-driven discovery, brand messaging and copywriting, and strategic account management and growth consulting. Advertising management is the one thing not included, and can be added for a flat $250/month with no percentage of ad spend.
How is Parker-Lambert's Amazon account management different from other agencies?
Most agencies assign you a rotating team and communicate through a ticketing portal. We work differently. You'll have a dedicated account manager who knows your catalog, works in your time zone, and is reachable by email, Slack, or Teams, whatever works for you. We also cover more ground than a pure operations shop: listing and content optimization and growth strategy are in the plan rather than billed as separate projects, so the person fixing a suppressed listing is the same person thinking about where your category is going.
How much does Amazon Seller Central management cost, and is there a contract?
Our standard plan is $600/month on a six-month term, or $700/month month-to-month. Our high-volume plan for larger catalogs is $1,200/month on a six-month term or $1,300/month month-to-month. Amazon PPC management can be added to either plan for a flat $250/month with no percentage of ad spend, so operations plus advertising is $850/month on a six-month term or $950/month month-to-month. Your media spend is paid to Amazon separately. Beyond that there are no hidden fees or surprise invoices. You can start month-to-month if you'd prefer to try us out first.
What happens if my Amazon listings get flagged, suppressed, or lose the Buy Box?
That's exactly what we're here for. If your products are deactivated, suppressed, or have lost the Buy Box, we'll diagnose the root cause, correct any listing or policy errors, and work to restore them as quickly as possible. Account health issues, compliance notices, and case management are all part of the service.
Does Parker-Lambert handle Amazon PPC advertising and creative content like A+ and Brand Stores?
Yes to both. Copywriting, content strategy, and listing optimization are part of the plan. Advertising management is a flat $250/month add-on covering Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, with no percentage of ad spend when it is bundled with a management plan. Graphic design and merchandising design are not part of this plan. Design production, including A+ Content builds, Brand Stores, carousel infographics, and product photography, is handled through brand management or quoted as its own project. Clients who want operations, content, advertising, and design under one roof move to brand management.
What level of Amazon account access does Parker-Lambert need to manage my Seller Central account?
We ask for limited administrative access through Seller Central's user permissions system, which lets us manage listings, monitor performance, open cases, and resolve issues on your behalf. We never make significant changes without your knowledge, and you can revoke access at any time.
