When you visit the site, we and the tools we use collect standard technical and usage information, such as:

• Your IP address, browser, device, and operating system
• The pages you visit, and the site that referred you
• Campaign details in the link you followed, such as UTM tags and the click reference an ad platform adds when you click one of our ads

We record the page you first arrived on, the site that referred you, and any campaign details in first-party cookies, so we can tell which pages, searches, and ads bring people to us. When you submit a booking form, that information is saved with your request.

Advertising Measurement

We advertise in ChatGPT and use OpenAI's measurement tools to learn whether those ads lead to booking requests. OpenAI's Measurement Pixel runs on our pages. It records the click reference from an OpenAI ad you clicked and a random browser reference, both in first-party cookies on our site.

When you submit a booking form, we tell OpenAI that a request was made. That event includes:

• An event ID, the time, and the page
• The ad click reference and browser reference, if present
• Your IP address and browser details
• If you gave us your email address, a one-way SHA-256 hash of it. We don't send the address itself.

OpenAI's Pixel may also detect contact details typed into forms on our site and hash them in your browser before including them; the details themselves aren't sent. OpenAI uses this information to measure and report on our ad campaigns, and explains how it handles the information in its privacy policy.

Your Ad Measurement Choices

You can turn off ad measurement in this browser at any time. When it's off, OpenAI's Pixel doesn't send events and removes its cookies, and we don't report your booking requests to OpenAI.

We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, ad measurement is off automatically. Your choice applies to the browser and device you're using; clearing your cookies resets it.
