Meet PLDesign

This depends on the types of projects you have for it. Short projects are typically completed within one to two business days, which allows for ten to 20 completed projects per month. If you have more complex projects that take a week on average, then expect to have four projects completed per month.

We do! Of course, we strive to have everything completed to your absolute satisfaction as quickly as possible. That's why you get a customer success manager who truly understands your project and makes sure that your requirements are clearly communicated to the designers. For most projects, we'll typically provide several alternative versions for your review on the first round to help you get what you're looking for as quickly as possible. But you're not limited to a certain number of revisions. We're not happy until you're happy.

We're a 100% remote company, with team members all over the world. Most of our team members have worked for Parker-Lambert for years.

Imagine we present three design concepts for you, for you to choose your favorite. Now imagine that we've shown these three concepts to a panel of 50 potential customers in your target demographic.

That's consumer insights testing, also known as CI testing.

We can test messaging, product ideas, banners, complete product page designs, and more, to audiences defined by geographic location, gender identity, age, buying habits, hobbies and interests, and much more. Each consumer insights test report includes detailed feedback, insights, and recommendations.

Our Enterprise plan includes free consumer insights testing for each project. Testing is also available on an a la carte basis for our other plans.

PLDesign is a fully managed design service.

Your Customer Success Manager is your dedicated personal contact. They'll assist you with project requests to help ensure that you get what you're expecting, when you're expecting it. They'll contact you if the designer has any questions about the project, and review the designer's work before presenting it to you for approval.

The Art Director serves as an additional layer of quality control, reviewing and approving all projects before you see them. This ensures that what you get is high quality, on-brand, and most importantly, exactly what you asked for.

Each user is a representative of your organization that can work with us directly. Every member of your organization will work with the same dedicated customer success manager and the same project queue.

Once you've selected your plan and you've been onboarded, we'll get to work on your first project. And if you're not happy with the results, we'll refund your money. That's it!

It's easy to pause your subscription for up to 30 days if your work slows down or you don't have any design needs at the moment.

We work with agencies, startups, SMBs, and large brands. We have clients in the CPG, FMCG, consumer electronics, apparel, health and beauty categories, and more.

Parker-Lambert is based in California, and we have Customer Success Managers in the US and Europe.

Product rendering creates images of your product that are indistinguishable from traditional photography. We'll work with your 3D models, or create models based on photography or drawings. We can create images of existing products, and pre-production products for prototyping package and product design. Images can be product on white (POW), or in environments of your choosing.

As a full service agency, we offer traditional studio or location photography, at competitive rates. Photography is managed separately from our flat rate design packages.
